Jensen Huang has found a new $200 billion market for NVIDIA

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang is one of the most optimistic leaders in the world regarding his company's future. Following the latest quarterly report, he announced that a completely new $200 billion Total Addressable Market (TAM) has opened up for the company. The growth driver this time is the new Vera CPU, introduced in March. This is reported by Techcrunch.com .

NVIDIA has closed another record-breaking quarter: the company's revenue reached $81.6 billion, with a forecast of $91 billion for the next quarter. According to Huang, the Vera CPU is not just a new product, but a transformative technology that paves the way into a massive market the company has never entered before.

While NVIDIA has long been the leader in the GPU market, the CPU market was traditionally controlled by Intel and AMD. Recently, competitors like Amazon Web Services (AWS) began threatening NVIDIA's position by developing their own custom AI chips. However, Jensen Huang aims to put these concerns to rest with the Vera CPU.

Huang explains that Vera is the world's first CPU specifically designed for "agentic AI." If the "thinking" part of AI models is performed on GPUs, AI agents that execute specific tasks run primarily on CPUs. This allows NVIDIA to take a central role in restructuring computing for agentic AI and robotics.

Currently, all major hyperscalers and system manufacturers are partnering with NVIDIA to implement the Vera CPU. Huang emphasizes that the world is retooling its computing systems for agentic AI and physical robotics, and NVIDIA is at the very heart of these technological shifts.
