Starting August 1, 2025, teachers in Uzbekistan will receive increased monthly salaries.
According to Presidential Decree PF-91 dated June 2, 2025, salaries of employees in budgetary organizations have been raised by 10%. New salary scales have been approved based on school positions.
For instance, school principals will earn between 5,166,485 UZS (up to 400 students) and 6,187,933 UZS (over 1,600 students). Deputy principals will earn from 4,825,345 to 5,849,691 UZS.
Deputy for economic affairs will be paid between 1,957,858 and 2,515,091 UZS. Psychologists’ salaries range from 3,356,916 to 4,072,508 UZS.
Teachers with secondary-special education will earn 3,468,585 UZS, those with higher education – 3,729,906 UZS. The highest category earns 5,142,053 UZS.
HR manager – 1,758,372 UZS,
Head librarian:
• With secondary-special education – 2,349,447 UZS
• With higher education – 2,563,442 UZS
