Another important step has been taken in Uzbekistan in the field of teaching and popularizing foreign languages. As reported earlier, starting from today, foreign language development and teaching centers have officially begun operating in schools No. 84, 164, 283, and 104 located in the Shaykhontohur, Chilonzor, Uchtepa, and Sergeli districts of Tashkent.
These centers were established on the initiative of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, and their main goal is to strengthen language-learning skills among young people and prepare internationally competitive specialists. In total, 16 experienced professors and teachers are working at the centers. In addition, more than 30 students and master’s degree holders with international certificates have also been involved in the teaching process.
Classes are conducted in English, German, Chinese, and Korean. Such a broad approach provides young people with the opportunity to thoroughly study several foreign languages at the same time. As a result, their knowledge level and professional skills are expected to further improve.
