Sardor Rajabov becomes First Deputy Minister of Higher Education

A new head of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan has been appointed. Sardor Bakhtiyorovich Rajabov has been appointed First Deputy Minister.

Prior to this appointment, Rajabov served as Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education. He also has experience working in various important responsible positions within the industry.

Rajabov conducted his career in close connection with the state education system. He previously held responsible positions at the State Testing Center, including Head of Department and Deputy Director. Later, he headed the Department for Assessment, Licensing and Accreditation of the Quality of Education under the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

The experience gained in these positions allowed him to deeply understand reforms in the field of education and effectively manage the system. According to experts, the new appointment will be an important step in the development of higher education and research.
