Due to ongoing repairs on Shota Rustaveli Street in Tashkent, traffic has been temporarily restricted. According to official information, from 5:00 PM on September 26th to 7:00 AM on September 29th, traffic on the South Railway Station - Sergeli (Uzgarish Bridge) route has been suspended.
In this regard, the capital's transport department announced changes to bus routes passing through this area. In particular, buses No. 32 and No. 59 will run along Gavhar, Dombrabad, and Small Ring Road streets. Buses No. 8, 38, 40, 48, 57, 58, 59, 62, 75, 84, 105, 126, and 131 will be directed through Yangi Sergeli Road, THAY, Fayzli Tashkent, and the Small Ring Road.
It is said that traffic jams may occur on the roads during repair work. There is also a possibility of an increase in bus intervals. The passengers were asked to plan their trip in advance.
It should be recalled that the section of Rustaveli Street from Shakhrisabz Street to Cho'pon Ota Street was recently technically opened after reconstruction. Currently, due to the ongoing work, the population is urged to exercise caution.
