According to the decree, from January 1, 2026, US citizens will have the right to stay without a visa for up to 30 days from the date of entry into the territory of Uzbekistan.
This decision is considered an important step towards the development of tourism, trade, and cultural ties between the two countries, as well as the further expansion of Uzbekistan's international openness policy.
According to experts, this innovation will not only increase the interest of American tourists in Uzbekistan, but will also increase the flow of investments. At the same time, it will serve to bring bilateral cooperation to a new level.
The decree will officially come into force at the beginning of 2026 and will further expand the list of visa-free countries in Uzbekistan.
