Colonel Bakhtiyor Mansurov, who dedicated his service to the Motherland, has passed away

Deputy Commander of the Border Troops of the State Security Service of Uzbekistan, Colonel Bakhtiyor Muminovich Mansurov, died on November 5, 2025, at the age of 68.

Bakhtiyor Mansurov was born on February 27, 1957, in the city of Jizzakh. He dedicated more than 40 years of his life to the country's armed forces. From 1979, he served in various leadership positions in the Ministry of Defense and the Border Troops.

During his military service, Colonel Mansurov was known for his loyalty, honesty, and dedication. He made an important contribution to strengthening the material and technical base of the Border Troops, training young personnel, and modernizing the system.

In 2024, in recognition of his merits in the country's defense system, Bakhtiyor Mansurov was awarded the honorary title "Honored Builder of the Republic of Uzbekistan."

His military colleagues and students remember him as a person devoted to the Motherland, determined, and selfless in the name of the well-being of the people.
