President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Yunusabad Gallery, a shopping, service, and business center located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.
The complex, built on an area of two and a half hectares, has modern trade and commercial infrastructure. In total, more than 53 thousand square meters of retail and commercial space have been created in the center. Foreign investments of 14 million dollars were attracted to the project, and a number of well-known foreign brands began their activities.
Today, more than 100 retail outlets have started operating in the complex, and about 500 new jobs have been created here. According to estimates, the shopping center is expected to receive up to 2.5 million visitors annually.
The total cost of the project is $43 million. It is also noteworthy that the architectural and design solution of the complex took first place in the international architectural competition held this year among the CIS countries.
