Weather: What will the end of February be like, when will the rain stop in Tashkent?

According to Uzhydromet, no precipitation is expected across the republic on February 18-20. This means that the weather will “clear up” significantly in the middle of the week, and the temperature will noticeably increase.
On Monday and Tuesday, rain may be observed in some places across the republic, only in the northwestern regions, it is said that there will be no precipitation. During the day, the temperature will mainly be kept around +15…+20 degrees, and in some areas there is a possibility of fog.
On Wednesday-Friday, the weather will warm up even more: it is expected to warm up to +20…+25 degrees during the day, and at night it will be around +7…+12 degrees. In Tashkent, there will be no precipitation on February 18-20, with daytime temperatures of +22…+25 and night temperatures of +9…+12 degrees.
The issue of wind is also not left out of consideration: in some places across the republic, wind speeds may increase to 13–18 m/s, and in some areas, occasionally up to 23 m/s.
The most cautious point is the mountainous and hilly regions: on February 16-18, there will be occasional precipitation, mudslides and flash floods are possible. There is also a risk of avalanches in the mountains - therefore, it is advisable to "postpone" mountain climbing on these days.
In Tashkent city: on February 16, occasional rain is expected during the day, on February 17, rain and fog are likely at night and in the morning, and on February 18-20, the weather is expected to be dry and quite warm.
