A special Telegram bot has been launched for citizens of Uzbekistan traveling to the countries of the Middle East for tourism purposes through tour operators or travel agents. This was reported by the press service of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It is noted that the @tourism_murojaat_bot was created to prevent citizens from finding themselves in an uncomfortable or difficult situation. Through this bot, tourists themselves or their close relatives can enter the relevant information and notify the Tourism Committee.
It is reported that on the basis of these appeals, necessary measures will be taken to return the citizens to Uzbekistan first of all. This will allow us to quickly obtain information about compatriots stranded abroad and provide them with practical assistance.
At the same time, citizens are asked to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an appeal through the bot. Officials emphasize that this situation is important for the prompt consideration of appeals and the timely organization of appropriate assistance.
