On 6 May, Temperatures in Uzbekistan to Rise Sharply to 38 Degrees

The Uzhydromet organisation has published the weather forecast for 6 May. According to the forecast, air temperatures will gradually rise across the country, with some areas expected to heat up to 38 degrees.
In particular, Tashkent is expected to have partly cloudy weather with no precipitation. Wind from the east at 3–8 m/s. Night temperatures 16–18 degrees, daytime around 30–32 degrees. In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the weather will be changeable, with brief rain and thunderstorms possible in some areas. Wind speed will reach 7–12 m/s, gusting up to 18 m/s in places, with dust storms possible. Night 17–22 degrees, daytime 30–35 degrees. In the Bukhara and Navoiy regions, precipitation is mostly not expected, but wind may locally intensify to 18 m/s. Night 15–20, daytime 36–38 degrees. In valley areas (Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Fergana), the weather will be relatively mild, with daytime temperatures around 28–33 degrees. In foothills and mountain areas it will be cooler — night 10–15 degrees, daytime 17–22 degrees expected. Meteorologists note that from 5 to 8 May temperatures across the republic will gradually rise.
