The Nizhny Novgorod tuning company "Rida", which specializes in the production of protected cars, presented an elongated armored version of the Aurus Komendant. This was reported by "Gazeta.ru".

The car was developed jointly with the Aurus company. The elongated Aurus Komendant is 500 millimeters longer than the standard one. It is equipped with an explosion-proof armored capsule (armored steel with a thickness of 7 millimeters), as well as armored windows with a thickness of 50 millimeters.

The car can withstand bullets from an AKM assault rifle and an SVD sniper rifle. Protection class — B6/B7. It is also equipped with special off-road wheels.
