A small plane carrying 20 people crashed shortly after takeoff from a local airport in the US state of Tennessee. Fortunately, all passengers on board survived.
According to official information, the incident in the city of Tallahassee involved a twin-engine De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter. The plane crashed shortly after takeoff due to a technical malfunction. The aircraft was reportedly used for parachuting training.
There were 20 people on board at the time of the incident, and four passengers were taken to the hospital by helicopter with various injuries. The rest were reported to have escaped with minor injuries.

Photos and videos circulating on the Internet show the plane lying on the grass with its tail section broken and its wing torn off. Rescuers and security services who arrived at the scene of the accident conducted an investigation for several hours.
According to Lyle Russell, a representative of the city administration, the accident did not cause damage to the surrounding buildings and infrastructure. This in itself is considered a great blessing in itself.
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have now launched an investigation. Initial reports indicated that there were parachutists on board the plane, and that regular sports training exercises were held there.
The exact cause of the crash is still unknown, but experts are considering the possibility of engine failure or a technical error in the controls.
At the same time, this disaster is a rare occurrence among mass air accidents - the fact that everyone survived in such a major disaster demonstrates the effectiveness of air safety measures. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
