U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s phone conversation turned into a dispute and argument. According to NBC, Trump raised his voice and started shouting during the call.
It is reported that in a phone call that took place in recent weeks, Netanyahu told Trump there was no mass famine in Gaza and that such reports were lies fabricated by Hamas. But Trump became very angry at those words.
“Interrupting him, Trump shouted: ‘I don’t want to hear that the famine isn’t real! My aides have shown me concrete evidence that children are dying of hunger in Gaza,’” the report said.
So far, neither side has made any official statements about this controversial conversation. However, it is clear that Trump’s behavior indicates complications in U.S.-Israel relations.
