The leaders of the US and China may meet face-to-face in South Korea in the near future.
According to CNN, US President Donald Trump and his advisors are preparing to participate in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit. Sources note that within the framework of the summit, the issue of organizing negotiations between Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping is being considered.
The exact details of the possible meeting have not yet been disclosed. However, this dialogue is expected to be of great importance in diplomatic circles.
CNN sources added that the US President may also meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during his visit to South Korea. However, his participation in the summit has not yet been announced. The White House defined the main purpose of the visit as strengthening economic cooperation.
