The UN has warned that famine in Gaza could spread further. The organization said it is necessary to increase food deliveries by the end of September. Hundreds of thousands of people are already on the brink of famine.
Israel said that more than 1,900 aid trucks entered last week. However, international organizations say this is not enough. At the same time, the Israeli army continued new attacks in Gaza City and bombed tall buildings.
According to local sources, at least 14 people were killed in the latest attacks. Among the victims were civilians sheltering in a school building. Israel claims Hamas was using these buildings.
In Israel, protests against the war are also growing. Thousands of people held demonstrations demanding the release of hostages and an end to the fighting. Denmark’s foreign minister urged Israel to end the war and take a political path.
