The government building in Kyiv was hit by a missile strike. Ukrainian officials say a Russian “Iskander” missile was used in the attack. The upper part of the building was damaged, but the missile did not fully detonate.

In the village of Yarova in Donbas, more than 20 civilians were killed by a bomb while waiting in line to collect their pensions. It was reported that most of them were elderly people.
