Following Israel's airstrike on the Qatari capital, Arab and Islamic world leaders decided to meet urgently. According to QNA, an emergency summit will be held in Doha on September 14-15.
According to the agency's sources, the main purpose of the meeting, scheduled for Sunday and Monday, is to conduct a comprehensive discussion of the Israeli attack and a unified response to it.
It is expected that the meeting will discuss security issues in the region, peaceful efforts, and jointly implemented measures. It is also expected that the heads of state and government will adopt a joint statement on the situation at the summit.
