In his statement, Prime Minister Edi Rama emphasized that the implementation of the new artificial intelligence system will serve to ensure a "100% corruption-free" environment in the public procurement process. Now, decisions on state tenders and contracts are automatically reviewed and approved by the Diella model, which strengthens transparency.
The "Diella" model previously operated within the framework of the "e-Albania" digital platform, allowing the population to quickly and conveniently access various government services. Now it has been fully integrated into the public administration process, which is a new stage in the history of the use of digital technologies in Albania.
