An emergency international coalition has been formed for the financial stability of Palestine

France and a number of allied countries announced the formation of an emergency coalition to ensure the economic stability of the Palestinian Authority. According to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this initiative has been launched to preserve the national administration's capacity to govern territories effectively, provide essential services to the population, and maintain security.

The new structure includes countries such as Belgium, Denmark, France, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. According to their statement, the coalition was created in response to the Palestinian National Authority facing an unprecedented financial crisis.

The representatives of the association emphasized that it is not enough to limit themselves to short-term aid, but that systemic and predictable cooperation based on transparent and accountable mechanisms involving international financial institutions is necessary.

At the same time, the foreign ministers of the countries firmly demanded that the Israeli government halt any actions that impede the work of the Palestinian National Authority, weaken it, or could lead to its complete collapse. According to them, ensuring Palestine's economic stability is an important investment not only for Palestinians, but also for Israelis and for peace and security throughout the region.

For now, coalition member states have not disclosed information about the amount of financial aid that will be provided to Palestine. At the same time, experts assess this step as an important move to strengthen the financial system of the Palestinian Authority and ensure stability in the region.
