Famous American entrepreneur Elon Musk has once again become a record-breaker in the world of finance. According to Forbes magazine, his fortune has for the first time exceeded $500 billion.
According to reports, at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time, the total wealth of Musk — the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, founder of Neuralink, and owner of social network X — surpassed the $500 billion threshold. On October 2, at 6:15 a.m. Tashkent time, this figure reached $500.5 billion.
Forbes’ analysis notes that Musk’s achievement is linked to his resignation from public office and his complete focus on business projects.
Currently, Musk ranks first on the Forbes billionaires list. He is followed by Oracle’s chairman Larry Ellison ($351.6 billion), Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg ($246.1 billion), Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ($233.2 billion), and Google founder Larry Page ($204.6 billion).
It should be recalled that the previous record also belonged to Musk — in December last year, he made history as the first person to possess wealth of more than $400 billion.
