
A VanHool bus traveling on the "Moscow-Tashkent" route was involved in a traffic accident in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Consulate of Uzbekistan in the Aktobe region. The incident occurred on November 30 at 21:00, when 54 citizens of Uzbekistan were on the bus. There were no injuries or fatalities as a result of the accident.
After the incident was reported, all passengers were quickly evacuated by emergency services and police officers. They are currently temporarily accommodated in a mosque in the village of Karabutak, located in the Aytekebi district of Aktobe region. Passengers are provided with food and other necessary assistance.
It should be noted that measures are being taken to promptly return Uzbek citizens to Uzbekistan by additional buses. The incident is under the control of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan and the Consulate General, and contact has been established with the responsible agencies of Kazakhstan. All measures are being taken to ensure the safety of citizens of Uzbekistan.
