The earthquake in Afghanistan was felt in Uzbekistan

On the night of February 13, an earthquake was recorded in Afghanistan. This was reported by the Center for Seismic Prognostic Monitoring.
It was reported that the earthquake waves, which occurred at 03:12 local time, were also felt in a number of regions of Uzbekistan. In particular, in the Surkhandarya region, tremors of 2-3 points were recorded, and in the Kashkadarya region - 2 points.
It is noted that the epicenter of the earthquake fell on the territory of the Vardak region of Afghanistan. The magnitude of the earthquake was 5.5, and the depth of the epicenter was 100 kilometers.
