A child was injured after falling into a manhole in Saratov, the local prosecutor's office press service reported on February 15.
"The Oktyabrsky District Prosecutor's Office of Saratov has launched an investigation into the minor's fall," the statement read.
According to preliminary reports, the incident occurred on the afternoon of February 14 at the intersection of Ulyanovskaya and Volskaya Streets.
In January, it was reported that a girl fell into a manhole in Krasnodar on her way to school.
