202 Uzbek citizens were brought from Qatar to Tashkent today

A special event was organized to evacuate Uzbek citizens staying in Qatar due to the tense situation in the Middle East and the closure of airspace in some countries. This was reported by the "Dunyo" news agency.
According to the information, the citizens were previously transported to Saudi Arabia by bus. After that, they were sent to Uzbekistan on a special flight organized through King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
Today, 202 citizens of Uzbekistan arrived safely at Tashkent International Airport on this flight. Their return to the Homeland was the next stage of the evacuation work being carried out against the backdrop of a difficult situation.
Also, more than 100 Uzbek citizens were temporarily accommodated in hotels in Saudi Arabia. It is reported that they are waiting for the organization of additional flights.
