Most countries did not join the US coalition in the Strait of Hormuz

According to Clash Report, many countries have refused to participate in the US-led naval coalition in the Strait of Hormuz.
France, Australia, Japan, Germany, and China rejected this proposal. The UK only partially agreed to participate, while South Korea stated that it would consider the initiative now.
Although Italy participated in the negotiations, it did not assume any obligations. India has decided not to join the coalition, and New Delhi is negotiating with Iran to independently monitor its tankers.
Earlier, former US President Donald Trump stated that many countries are sending their troops to the Strait of Hormuz, some approaching it with great enthusiasm, while others are less enthusiastic.
