Armenian Prime Minister argues with woman accusing him in metro

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan argued in the Yerevan metro with an unknown woman who accused him of ceding Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan. Witnesses say the conversation began with the woman accusing Pashinyan of losing territory.

In response, the Prime Minister stated that the Armenian government spent billions to keep people in Nagorno-Karabakh. "We have done everything in our power to ensure that you live in the region. "In 2023, you accused me of closing the border, and now you come here and say that you want to go back," Pashinyan replied.

Shortly after, Pashinyan apologized to the woman and released the video. He admitted that he couldn't control his emotions when he spoke about Nagorno-Karabakh. "I apologize to the woman from Karabakh and her child and invite them to a meeting," he wrote on his social media page.
