Iranian officials have clarified a long-debated issue. For the first time, detailed information has been provided regarding the health status of Mojtaba Khamenei, one of the country's influential figures.
According to Al Arabiya, during an airstrike on February 28, Mojtaba Khamenei lost his balance due to the blast wave and fell. As a result, he sustained injuries to his knee and lower back. It was also reported that he suffered a minor cut behind his ear.
According to official sources, his back injury has almost completely healed. The knee injury is still undergoing treatment and is expected to recover fully soon. The minor injury behind the ear is not serious and is barely visible.
Representatives of the Supreme Leader's office stated that Mojtaba Khamenei's overall condition is stable and he continues to oversee state affairs and participate in important processes. They urged against giving credence to rumors and speculation.
At the same time, comments made by the US have sparked further interest in the situation. Specifically, Pete Hegseth suggested that there might be changes in Mojtaba Khamenei's appearance, explaining this by his recent absence from public view.
Furthermore, Donald Trump also did not provide a clear answer to questions about whether he is alive, stating that he has not ruled out various possibilities.
However, official Tehran categorically denies such claims, emphasizing that there is no basis for concern regarding Mojtaba Khamenei's health. According to the Iranian side, some of the reports being circulated are baseless and do not correspond to reality.
