Chevrolet Trax enters its second model year with key updates in both design and technical aspects. The 2025 model will introduce new exterior colors, revised interior options, and an upgraded engine compatible with E85 fuel.
Pricing has also been adjusted. The 1LS trim now starts at $21,795, while 1RS and 1LT are priced at $23,795 and $23,995, respectively. The top trims, 2RS and Activ, will be available for $25,795, slightly higher than last year.
Among the exterior changes, the color palette has been revised: Cayenne Orange Metallic, Blue Metallic, Aqua Blue, and Harvest Bronze have been removed, while Gray-Green and Ocean Blue Metallic have been added.
Inside, the red metallic exterior with black Artemis accents and the Cacti Green exterior with red accents are no longer available.
The biggest change is under the hood: the previous 1.2-liter turbo I3 LIH engine has been replaced with the I3 LBP, maintaining the same 137 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque, but now E85 fuel compatible.
Production of the Chevrolet Trax 2025 continues at GM’s Changwon plant in South Korea, remaining on the GM VSS-F platform.
