An important event dedicated to the development of Uzbekistan - the presentation of the book "New Uzbekistan: The Path of Shavkat Mirziyoyev" - was held at the UN Headquarters in New York. This solemn ceremony was the focus of attention of the international community, in which about 100 distinguished guests took part - the leadership of the UN, diplomats of various countries, representatives of international organizations and the media.
During the event, the participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the large-scale reforms being implemented in our country in recent years, their essence and results. It was noted that the work comprehensively covers such issues as changes in the political, economic, and social spheres, the deepening of democratic processes, the protection of human rights, the liberalization of the economy, and the development of cooperation with the world community.
The speakers noted that the idea of "New Uzbekistan" is gaining great importance not only in the domestic life of the country, but also in the regional and international arena. Efforts in this direction have encompassed all spheres of state and public life. The work being carried out to ensure open dialogue with the people, transparency, and accountability of government agencies was especially noted.
