Eva Green has been officially confirmed to play a key role in the popular Netflix series "Wednesday" Season 3. She brings to life the character of Ophelia Framp, one of the main characters in the series.
This character is Mortisha Addams's sister and the red-clad blonde who wrote "Wednesday" must die" in blood on the wall in the second season finale.
Ophelia is a "crow" with exceptionally strong mental abilities. She was imprisoned by her mother in a psychiatric clinic, and then escaped from there. Her light hair, floral crown, and hostility towards her niece - "Wednesday" - create a completely opposite image to the Gothic-style Mortisha.
For Eva Green, this role represents a return to the dark genre once again after the series "Frightful Fairy Tales" and "Durnushki." At the same time, this is the actress's next meeting with Tim Burton after her collaboration in the film "Temnix Shadows."
It is said that the 2nd season of the series ranks fourth in Netflix history in terms of views, while the 1st season still stands at the top as the record holder. Season 3 is being filmed at a rapid pace, and the appearance of such a dangerous Aunt Ophelia will definitely make the series even darker and richer in events.
