Saida Mirziyoyeva, as the head of the Presidential Administration, gave a major interview to journalist and blogger Kirill Altman. During the interview, she openly expressed her personal views, attitude to work, and experience of working with the President.
To the journalist’s question: “Who are you really, Saida Shavkatovna?”, she gave a short and clear answer:
— I am a civil servant. First of all, I serve my father, because he is the greatest person in my life.
Saida Mirziyoyeva noted in her words that she has been working in the Presidential Administration for 9 years, that she has almost no personal life, and that she plans to start and end her career in this system. She said that work has become the main part of her life.
The interview also discussed the President’s management style. “Is the President a strict person?” Saida Shavkatovna answered the question as follows:
— Look at the reforms that have been carried out over the past 9 years. Such results cannot be achieved only through harshness. I believe that this requires flexibility and wisdom.
In her opinion, the reforms that Shavkat Mirziyoyev is carrying out are being implemented precisely on the basis of dialogue, understanding and balanced decisions.
