BTS shocked Mexico: ticket runs out and record demand

Against the backdrop of BTS's return to the stage after a four-year hiatus, interest in the group's worldwide tour increased dramatically. It is said that the demand for concerts in Mexico is especially high. For this reason, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has addressed the South Korean president with a request to consider organizing additional concerts in Mexico.

Sheinbaum stated that she wrote a letter to the Korean president, but has not yet received a response. Nevertheless, the Mexican side hopes for a positive solution. According to the plan, BTS is scheduled to hold three concerts in Mexico City in May.

According to local media, tickets for these concerts were sold out in less than 40 minutes. It is said that approximately 1 million fans competed for 150,000 tickets. While ticket prices on the official platform ranged from $100 to $1,030, prices in resale areas have risen to over $5,300.
