Starting from 2025, in order to ensure employment for the population, state subsidies allocated to citizens will be gradually phased out.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, they will be replaced by interest-free loans. The new system is being introduced to ensure the targeted and efficient use of funds, as well as their repayment within the established timeframe. In this way, responsibility in the use of state funds is expected to increase.
Already this year, 6 types of subsidies will be provided exclusively in the form of interest-free loans. These funds will be directed solely to their designated purposes and returned within the agreed time under a contract.
According to officials, this procedure will reduce cases of subsidy misuse and ensure the effective circulation of state funds.
The Ministry states that these measures will serve to create a more sustainable mechanism for ensuring employment and supporting entrepreneurial activity.
