MIB: Bridal Dowry Returned with the Help of Bureau Officers
The Bureau of Forced Execution in the Boyovut district of Syrdarya region helped a woman recover her bridal dowry from her former husband. Following a court order, officials successfully retrieved 16 different types of household items and belongings that had remained at the ex-husband's home. Despite initial resistance from the respondent, the state executor ensured all specified assets were returned to the bride.
Sometimes, excessive expenses incurred for lavish weddings lead to various conflicts within the family.
Regrettably, such disagreements sometimes even lead to the breakdown of families.
According to a court decision received by the Boyovut district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement in Sirdaryo region, 16 types of bridal dowry remaining at the former husband's house were ordered to be returned to the claimant.
Although the defendant initially resisted the removal of the dowry, as a result of the state executor's explanatory work, all items specified in the court decision were delivered to the bride.
