A large Japanese company offers work to Uzbek specialists

Labor cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan is entering a new stage. As a result of negotiations between the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers and the famous Japanese company Shimizu Corporation, job opportunities for our compatriots in Japan are expanding further.

Shimizu — a giant with a 200-year history

Shimizu Corporation, founded in 1804, is one of the largest and most prestigious construction companies in Japan. The company operates in the fields of construction, architecture, engineering and design. The company's annual turnover exceeds $ 15 billion.

Currently, 150 Uzbek specialists are temporarily working in the company on various projects. They work mainly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Agreement opens new doors

During the negotiations between the parties, the issue of further expanding the scope of employment of our compatriots in various regions of Japan was discussed. It is noteworthy that now job opportunities are expected to open for Uzbeks in the field of driving.

As a result of the negotiations, a memorandum was signed formalizing this cooperation. It envisages cooperation in the fields of construction, production and services in all regions of Japan.

Work visas will also be opened for Uzbek drivers
