A man in Tashkent was detained for distributing flyers containing QR codes that linked to a Telegram channel selling narcotic and psychotropic substances, reports Nova24.uz.
According to the city police department, the incident occurred in the Uchtepa district. The 38-year-old man handed out the flyers over four days and was paid 2,000 UZS for each.
