A person who robbed a bank with a fake weapon was detained in Tashkent

Information was provided on the raid on the banking services center in Tashkent.

It was noted that on April 18, between 16:30 and 17:00, an unknown person attacked the "Turkiston" banking services center of the "Trustbank" private joint-stock bank, located at 39 Moykorgan Street, Yunusobod district.

This person, wearing a black mask, attempted to carry out the raid using a fake weapon with a handle wrapped in black insulating tape.

However, based on an emergency call sent by bank employees, the Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately arrived at the scene, eliminated the robbery attempt and detained the suspect.

As a result of the incident, the above-mentioned person damaged the window of the entrance door of the banking services center building. “No damage was caused to the bank employees and customers, as well as to the funds in the cash register of the bank.
