"Dubai Chocolate" was found to be dangerous for human health

The product marketed under the Fix Dessert Chocolatier brand and sold under the name "Dubai Chocolate" poses a serious threat to human health. The inspection for technical regulation came to this conclusion as a result of inspections.

As it turned out, the inspection staff made a control purchase of this product and sent samples to the UzTest testing laboratory for testing.

The results of laboratory analyzes revealed the following serious deficiencies:

• The amount of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria (MAFAM), as well as yeast fungi in the product significantly exceeded the established norms;
  
• The product was found to contain coliform bacteria (ECB) and Salmonella 25 g, which are strictly prohibited by regulatory documents.
  

According to experts, these indicators are extremely dangerous for human health. They can, in particular, cause allergic diseases.

It was also found that the appearance of the product does not comply with the requirements of technical regulations. It is noted that some requirements of the General Technical Regulations on the Safety of Food Labeling are violated. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
