A new rector has been appointed to the Nizami Pedagogical University

Ezoza Karimova has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education - Rector of the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami.

Prior to her appointment, Ezoza Karimov worked as an advisor to the Director of the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions on issues of increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work and ensuring compliance with the legislation on the state language.

In 2021-2021, Ezoza Karimova served as the Head of the Department of the Agency for the Development of Creativity and Specialized Schools, and in 2021-2023, she served as an advisor to the Director of the Presidential Agency for Educational Institutions. In 2023-2024, she worked as the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the New Uzbekistan University under the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
