Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated school graduates

The Head of State wished great strength, good fortune, and success to boys and girls who are drawing up their future plans with big dreams and hopes.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev extended his congratulations to boys and girls graduating from schools on the eve of the “Last Bell”.

"First of all, I sincerely congratulate you, dear ones, on today’s unforgettable and joyful event in your life — the successful completion of school education, receiving the certificate of maturity, and taking your first step into independent life. On this solemn day, in more than 10,000 schools across our country, in the presence of beloved teachers, respected parents, 'last bells' are ringing, and sincere wishes are being expressed to over 450,000 graduate youth. As we all wholeheartedly join in these sentiments, we wish great strength, perseverance, success, and victories to our boys and girls who are planning their future with great dreams and hopes," — the message says.

It is noted that this year, more than 11,500 students will graduate with gold medals, and more than 2,000 will receive silver medals.

"We are creating all the necessary conditions so that our young generation — the future owners of our country — can take part in building New Uzbekistan as a great creative force. In particular, to master modern sciences and professions, along with their mother tongue — foreign languages, IT and innovative technologies, creativity, and entrepreneurship, today 201 higher educational institutions, 598 technical colleges, numerous mono-centers and technoparks, libraries, cultural, art, and sports institutions are operating effectively. To increase the quality and effectiveness of education at all levels and expand the choice opportunities for our graduates, new systems, programs, and electronic platforms are being launched. I am confident that, making wise use of such limitless opportunities, you will cherish every minute of your golden youth, and in the future become mature professionals and conscious, noble individuals who courageously protect the independence of our homeland and the interests of our people in all spheres, serving our nation with all your heart," — the message continues.

The President emphasized that in order to find a worthy place in life and gain the respect and attention of the people, a person must master national and universal values, always strive forward, and never stop seeking and learning.

"Honest and diligent work, loyalty to knowledge, profession, parents, and family — without doubt, elevate a person and make their life prosperous and radiant. Especially for you — our young and determined youth — it is fitting to learn from this fast-paced era, to achieve a new result every day, to temper your will in trials, and to always look forward. I am convinced that your new ideas and initiatives, your achievements in various fields, will become an invaluable contribution to building the material and spiritual foundations that will make New Uzbekistan even more powerful. From self-confident and determined youth like you, your beloved schools, dear teachers, and parents, as well as our entire people, expect only noble deeds and bright results. Always strive to live up to this high trust! Never tire of seeking, exploring, and creating new things!
