According to new information, another fire incident occurred in the capital. This time, the fire was reported in one of the multi-storey residential buildings located in the Kuyliyk neighborhood of the Yashnobod district, the press service of the Emergency Situations Department reported.
The fire engulfed an apartment located on the 7th floor. The incident occurred on August 7 at approximately 16:17. According to prompt reports, fire and rescue units arrived at the scene within a short period — specifically, in 20 minutes. Thanks to their efforts, the fire was fully extinguished by 16:37.
Most importantly — no one was injured during this unfortunate incident. The rescuers acted swiftly and selflessly to ensure the safety of the residents.
Currently, a special commission is assessing the extent of the damage and material losses. The causes and potential factors of the fire are also being investigated. Initial assumptions suggest that the fire might have started due to electrical appliances, but this has not yet been officially confirmed.
Experts warn: during hot days, the air heats up quickly, and the overload of electrical appliances can lead to such dangerous situations. Therefore, citizens are urged to be cautious, inspect their homes, and strictly follow technical safety regulations.
