In the Narpay district, a large quantity of alcoholic products deemed completely unfit for consumption was destroyed within the framework of the established law.
According to the information, writs of execution of the Narpay District Criminal Court dated June 20 and July 15, 2025, were received for proceedings by the Narpay District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. It contains a writ of execution on the destruction of 3034 units and 100 types of alcoholic products stored in the bureau's department, registered as material evidence within the framework of the criminal case.
Accordingly, the enforcement process was carried out on September 17, 2025. On the territory of the central landfill in the Narpay district, a process was organized with the participation of officials of the Samarkand Regional Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, specialists in the relevant field, and impartial persons.
During the destruction process, all products recorded as evidence were completely destroyed by breaking and specially buried. This completely eliminated the possibility of using products that pose a threat to public health and could be in illegal circulation.
