During operational activities conducted by the Yangikhayot and Sergeli district departments of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the illegal sale of potent drugs was uncovered. "M.M" LLC pharmacy seller D.R. 200 units, as well as "G.P." The pharmacist of the LLC S.S. was caught red-handed while selling 150 units of a potent drug called "Benzonal" without a doctor's prescription.
Also, during an operational event conducted by employees of the Department's Andijan city branch, S.M., who was engaged in the sale of potent drugs, agreed to sell 10 units of "Tropikamid" and 10 units of "Regapen" to citizen Kh.Kh. for 3.7 million soums, and was caught with material evidence when he handed over 10 capsules of the drug.
Criminal cases have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out. Law enforcement agencies are taking effective measures to identify criminals and prevent illicit drug trafficking.
