On Saturday, October 11, at 07:58, the water level in the local canal SRK-1, which flows through the territory of the "Kumkucha" mahalla of the Andijan district, increased. As a result, the dam and banks partially overflowed.

As a result, the plots of several households were flooded. According to the regional Department of Emergency Situations, the water supply to the canal has been stopped by the Department of Irrigation Networks.

There were no reports of injuries sustained in the incident. Rescuers, the administration, and engineering equipment have begun repair work on the spot.
