In some cases, failure to comply with land legislation requirements, misuse or inefficient use of land plots, as well as illegal construction activities, are being observed.
In this regard, compulsory enforcement actions to dismantle unauthorized constructions are being carried out by the Andijan regional office of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement and its local branches based on court decisions.
In particular, in accordance with the writ of execution of the Khodjaabad Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases, it was determined that the illegally installed iron fence and lightweight structure on 395.5 square meters of land in front of the canteen building and auxiliary facilities, located on Navoi Street, Yangi Chek mahalla, Jalaquduq city, would be demolished by the responsible non-state educational institution.
After this court document was received by the Jalaquduq district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement for execution, enforcement measures were carried out and the illegally constructed structures were forcibly demolished in the prescribed manner.
