In the Khorezm region, in the Urgench district, a building that had been constructed without authorization was demolished by court order. This was reported by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
According to the information, the defendant, M. Atajanova, illegally occupied a land plot of 640 square meters located in the “Chulobod” mahalla of the Urgench district and carried out construction works on it.
The Urgench Interdistrict Civil Court issued a ruling to restore the land to its original condition and demolish the structure. However, despite multiple warnings, the defendant failed to comply with the court’s order voluntarily.
Subsequently, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, with the participation of state enforcement officers, proceeded with the mandatory demolition.
During the enforcement process, the illegal structure was completely dismantled, and the land was restored to its previous condition.
According to the agency, such actions are considered violations of the law, and citizens are advised to strictly follow existing regulations regarding land use.
