Another case of illegal construction has been stopped in the Khorezm region. According to the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, in the Urgench district, a citizen illegally occupied a land plot and built a house without permission. According to the court decision, this house was forcibly demolished.
It turned out that the defendant M. Atajanova, a resident of the "Cholobod" mahalla, located in the territory of the village of Goybu, Urgench district, seized 640 square meters of land without legal documents and carried out construction work on it. According to the writ of execution issued by the court, it was ordered to restore the land plot and eliminate the illegally constructed structure.
The writ of execution was received on December 21, 2023, by the Urgench District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. However, despite repeated oral and written warnings, the defendant did not voluntarily comply with the court's demands.
After that, compulsory enforcement actions were initiated by state executors in accordance with the law. During this process, the illegally constructed structure was demolished at the expense of the state, and the land area was restored to its original state. With this, the proceedings on the writ of execution were officially completed.
Officials emphasized that the fight against illegal construction is currently being systematically carried out nationwide. Such situations not only violate land legislation but also pose a threat to urban planning and safety requirements.
Lawyers remind: before starting any construction work, citizens must obtain the necessary permits and land documents. Otherwise, the constructed structure may be demolished by the state, and the amount of damage may be compensated at the expense of the builder.
This situation once again demonstrated the importance of complying with land use regulations in the Khorezm region. Responsible agencies urge citizens to act within the framework of the law and not to allow arbitrariness.
