Thanks to legal explanatory work carried out in Gʻallaorol district, a family problem was resolved.
According to a civil court decision, it was stipulated to collect alimony from the monthly salary and other income of the debtor B.G. in favor of the collecting party Q.Z. for the material support of their underage children. However, the debtor failed to fulfill this obligation for a long time.
The Gʻallaorol district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement repeatedly carried out explanatory and preventive work with the debtor through a state enforcement officer. He was given detailed information about the consequences of not paying alimony, the rights of children, and parental responsibility.
As a result of the work carried out, the debtor realized his mistake and decided to fulfill his duty to his children. He fully paid the alimony debt in the amount of 40 million soums and handed it over to the collector.
