Enforcement Bureau Recovers 100 Million Soum Debt for Gas Supply Company

MIB: A debt of 100 million soums was recovered for the gas supply company

The enforcement of the decision by the Guliston Inter-District Economic Court to recover debts owed to the “Hududgazta'minot” company was carried out by the Sariosiyo district division of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau (CEB).

During the enforcement process, as the debtor corporation failed to settle the debt voluntarily, compulsory measures were initiated, including the seizure of the debtor's assets.

As a result, 100 million soums of the debt were recovered in cash from the debtor corporation and transferred to the account of the “Hududgazta'minot” company. Such recovery efforts are ongoing.
